Scout is free forever. You get one watch (pick your sectors, then optionally add keywords to prioritise within them) and a weekly Monday digest with up to 10 matches in the email. Site access is the same on every plan; see the note above the FAQ.
You fill in a short firm profile: what you deliver, turnover band, certifications, insurance, regions and past contracts. Every match is then scored against it: is this squarely your trade, can you pass the financial check, do you hold what the buyer will ask for, is the deadline realistic. You get an honest "worth a bid" or "skip this one" with the reasons spelled out. Agencies paid per bid can't tell you not to bid; we can.
